A Few Things About Me
Far too often, I see highly successful technical people being promoted into leadership roles, and failing due to a lack of innate leadership skills, knowledge, and attributes.
Going through several major transitions in my 30+ year career, and leading a team of 2,200 employees as a Senior Health Executive, I know firsthand how challenging this journey can be.
In my own journey, I struggled to find the support I needed to lead my team effectively. What little training was available was inadequate, prohibiting me from developing the behaviors and habits I needed to drive better performance and outcomes.
My personal experience in healthcare provoked my pursuit of better training.
Taking action — instead of another theory-based course — is what leads to better outcomes and results.
