“The Dutch Mentor Leadership Academy serves as a tool for emerging leaders to harness their skills, workplace confidence and education in an attempt to better themselves. Through weeks of virtual training, you will be tasked to look within to see where it is you are, where it is you want to be and what steps you need to take to get there. Walter uses a wild array of tools and resources from field experts, YouTube, Lean6 sigma and others to engage the person while he attempts to touch on each individual’s strengths and weaknesses. When you sign up for the Emerging Leaders Program, you will receive a personal email from me, Walter Dusseldorp, to set up your first coaching session. The monthly sessions are arranged around your schedule so you can pursue career development at your pace.

At the end of our first coaching call together, we will arrange the date and time for our next session. This practice is one way I will work with you as your accountability partner and keep you on track toward your career goals.
